As our website demonstrates, the children of Portreath are supported in their learning by dedicated staff, Governors and parents.
Portreath CP School is a community primary school. It was built 130 years ago opening on 5th January 1880. The Staff and Governors value the partnership we have with parents and the community. Our aim is to build on the work you have started at home and develop the social, moral, physical and intellectual aspects of your child so that he/she can grow up confidently and happily.
Parents are always welcome in school, whether it is to discuss their child's progress or to help with the many clubs and other activities that support the children's learning.
